Part-Time Tutor Positions
For the Module: Digital Technologies in the Process of the Built Asset
Design School
Roles:
Conduct lectures, tutorials, computer labs, and assist with assessment for student projects (postgraduate level).
Location:
SIP Campus, XJTLU
Working pattern:
Part-time position for Semester 1 (13 weeks), Sept 2025 to Jan 2026
Honorarium:
2,000 RMB per session (approximately one 4-hour session per week)
Travel expenses:
100 RMB per session (Suzhou residents), 200 RMB (others)
Essential qualifications:
• Master degree in Civil Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related field
• Teaching experience in high educations
• Strong skills in digital construction methods
• Fluent in English
Terms and conditions:
Mainland Chinese citizens preferred; Expats and Chinese from HK, Taiwan, or Macao require valid working and resident permits

Successful applicant will assist in delivering seminars, tutorials, and guiding students on their projects within the program in Design School.
ABOUT US
The MSc Construction Management programme in Design School is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (UK) and conducted entirely in English, enabling graduates to attain recognition as chartered engineers worldwide. We offer hands-on experience through workshops, site visits, fieldworks led by industry professionals, and the use of computer analysis software and the latest technologies for module delivery in the department.
